Our accessories are handmade, and we pay great attention to quality; however, if you have issues with our product, follow the instructions bellow:
We only exchange items if they are manufacture defective or damaged, not due to personal misuse. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, remember that our accessories are handmade so, most of the time they are unique and difficult to replace for the same one. In some specific cases, the design can be recreated again, but not the color.

- Shipping Time Frame
Shipping times vary depending on your at checkout, and we'll always give you our best estimate of how long it could take to ship. It will typically take 3-7 business days to ship via USPS Ground.
Shipping cost is calculated then displayed at check-out based on your location.
Business days include Mon-Fri and exclude weekends and holidays.
- Stolen Mail
Once package states it has been delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
- Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, this must be done within 24 hours after the order was placed. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Once your order has been received and processed, no cancellations will be honored.
